Cancellation Policy

This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling, modifying, and cancelling appointments or reservations. It ensures clarity for both you and our team, helping us deliver consistent, high-quality service. By confirming a booking, you agree to abide by the guidelines below. ________________________________________ 1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION • All appointments must be reserved online or via phone and are subject to availability. • A deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure your slot. • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your booking is finalized. ________________________________________ 2. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING • To cancel or reschedule without penalty, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of up to 50 percent of the service cost. • Group bookings or special packages may require 48 hours’ notice for changes; otherwise, a 100 percent fee applies. ________________________________________ 3. NO-SHOW AND LATE ARRIVAL • If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment, we reserve the right to treat it as a no-show. • No-shows will be charged the full service fee. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with applicable late-cancellation fees if rescheduled within 24 hours. ________________________________________ 4. FEES AND CHARGES • All fees are outlined at the time of booking and reflected in your confirmation. • Additional services or upgrades requested on the day may incur extra charges. • Taxes and gratuities are not included unless specified. ________________________________________ 5. PAYMENT • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. • Final payment is due at the end of your appointment unless prepaid. • Failed or declined transactions may lead to automatic cancellation of your reservation. ________________________________________ 6.
